Refund Policy

Free trial

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your billing portal and will not be charged. If you don't cancel, your card is charged at the end of the trial and the subscription begins.

Monthly subscriptions

If you're charged a monthly renewal and want a refund, email info@trademanagerapp.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and we'll refund the charge in full — no questions asked — as long as the account hasn't been used heavily in that billing period. "Heavily" means more than 10 logged trades and more than 5 AI brief or screenshot extractions. This threshold is high enough that normal try-and-decide usage is always refundable.

Cancellations after the 7-day window take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until the period ends; no prorated refund is issued.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase or renewal, you're entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal and retain access until the end of the paid period.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What isn't refundable

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account closure.
