These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trade Manager (the "Service"), operated by Creative Vision LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Trade Manager is a journaling, analytics, and discipline tool for self-directed traders. We help you record the trades you've made, analyze your own performance, and stay accountable to rules you set for yourself.
We are not a broker, financial advisor, registered investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing displayed in the Service — including AI-generated commentary, pre-market briefs, analytics, or alert content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are yours alone. Trading futures, options, and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — cancellation stops future charges but doesn't retroactively refund the current period unless covered by our refund policy.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Your trade data belongs to you. We store it so the Service works. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Danger Zone. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Parts of the Service use large language models (including Claude from Anthropic) to generate briefs, summaries, screenshot extractions, and focus notes. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it, and you should never place trades based on AI output without independent verification.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. If we materially reduce paid features, we'll make reasonable effort to give notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is. Creative Vision LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can close your account anytime from Account Settings → Danger Zone. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
